BMW 235i XDrive 405PS

BMW 235 Xdrive with 326ps and 450nm. Originally this car was measured in our AWD dyno with a mix of 95 octane and 100 octane fuel and the result was 457nm and 312ps.The missing 14ps was a result of the bad mixed fuel that the car had prior tuning.After some octane booster addition the car reached the output of 319ps and this was enough for trying to improve the fuel quality so we can start tuning the car.

The New Med17 GpT with tricore protection was tuned properly by removing the ecu that is installed under the intake.After various tests and runs with our software this was the final result.

The car was not totally stock.The complete down-pipe was changed and the original catalysts were replaced with new HJS 200 cel cats.The result was 405ps and 616nm with a much better curve through out the power band.
