Audi A5 2.0l TSI Gen 2 260ps 367nm Stage 1

he Audi A5 is a series of executive coupe cars produced by Audi since March 2007. The A5 marked Audi’s return to the entry-level luxury coupé market since the (B3/B4) Audi 80 based coupé model ended production in 1996. On May 10, 2006, Audi confirmed that the A5 would go into production.

The VW 2.0 TSI / TFSI EA888 is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder gasoline turbocharged engine based on the 1.8TSI/TFSI of that EA888 series. The production of the 2.0 TSI engine started in March 2008. It was released as a replacement for the 2.0 TSI engines of the previous ЕА113 family. There are three generations of the last VW 2.0TSI engine.

The 2.0TSI EA888/2 is appeared also in 2008 and had the same bunch of modifications as the 1.8 TSI Gen2. The main target was the friction reduction and efficient increasing. For this purpose, the diameter of the main journals was reduced by 6 mm (58 mm to 52 mm). Also, the low-friction thin pistons rings, new pistons and a new method for cylinder wall surface manufacturing were applied. This generation has a variable oil pump. In addition to that, the 2.0TFSI engines for Audi applications were equipped with AVS system (CCZA, CCZB, CCZC, and CCZD engines). It is a two-stage intake valvelift control. The system varies the valve lift in two stages: 6.35 mm and 10 mm after 3,100 rpm.

In this Audi A5 Quattro we will apply our stage 1 software made for 98 octane and a fully stock car.Which as you see below it has reached the 260ps and 367nm of torque.

The engine management system is the known MED17 made by Bosch and was tuned by the OBD2 port using our flashing equipment including our CVN patch. The option for stage 2 and stage 3 software will include a complete intake and exhaust system as well as an intercooler upgrade.
