Audi A7 3.0l Tfsi Stage 2 402ps 531nm

The A7 is in essence, a coupé-hatchback version of the C7-series Audi A6, based on the Volkswagen Group MLB platform. The A7 was released before the more conventional A6 saloon/estate.Both cars share the same core structure, drivetrain, chassis, dashboard interior and the one we have here is the 3.0l TFSi s-tronic version with 221kw(300Ps) and 440Nm.

This 3.0l Tfsi engine is a supercharged one and the power delivery is smoother the any other supercharged or turbochargers Audi engine on the market.The intake system consists of Eaton ‘Twin Vortices Series’ (TVS) Roots-type positive displacement supercharger compressors with 160-degree axial twist twin four-lobe rotors and two integrated water-cooled charge air coolers (one per cylinder bank), mounted within the Vee pumping charged air directly into the inlet manifold.Check out the video below.

As we wanted to provide the best possible results using only the stock hardware in this car our stage 2 was carefully done using our awd mustang dyno.So in our case this car is with 100% stock hardware.

3.0l Tfsi engine can be found in various chassis and horse power with only 2 different engine management system versions that come from siemens(ecus). The engine codes are CAJA, CAKA, CCBA, CMUA and can be found in 272ps, 290ps, 300ps, 310, 333ps versions on Audi A8 (D3), Audi A6 (C6), Audi A4 (B8), Audi S5, Audi S4 (B8), Audi (A7).

The engine management system can be either Simos8.4 or simos8.5 and this case it is is obd2 programmable.So let`s see the results of our stage 2 software modification.

Initially the car was measured and had 305 ps and 473nm which was slightly more then advertised and this is common in the new generation of turbocharged or supercharged engines using the Direct fuel injection system.

As you can see above our stage 2 software has produced more than +97ps and this is not just peak power.The flat torque curve climbed at 531nm giving the user tremendous engine response.

The final results were 402ps and 531nm using 98 octane fuel in a totally stock car.As a lot of tuners are claiming this power without even having proven results please be sure that the tune you are getting is tested or consult us for any kind of modification in this engine.

We can offer any kind of software modification including a bigger pulley to this monstrous compressor.
