Mercedes Benz decided to enter the game of hot hatchbacks and this A 250 (w176).This automobile has a 5 door hatchback type body styled by Mark Fetherston with a front mounted engine powering the front wheels.

The A 250 Sport forms part of Mercedes-Benz’s W 176 model range. Power is supplied by a double overhead camshaft, 2 litre turbocharged 4 cylinder engine, with 4 valves per cylinder that produces power and torque figures of 208 bhp (211 PS/155 kW) at 5500 rpm and 300 N·m (221 lb·ft/30.6 kgm) at 1200-4000 rpm respectively.

Our customer arrived with a poor performing stage one which was already installed when he bought the car and requested our stage 2 custom software remap along with some fuel overrun pops and bangs .Here is the final dynamo-meter Diagram that shows a stable power line from both horsepower and torque curves.

The car is equipped with a free flow air filter and a complete exhaust system and the final numbers are 263ps and 446nm using Aral 102 octane fuel.This engine management system calibration is compatible with 100 or 102 octane fuel.
